If your board or Chart products arrive in a damaged condition please contact us and we will help make shipping arrangements for it to be returned for a replacement, refund or exchange. Any damaged item must be returned in their original packaging.
If there are no defects or imperfections with the product, but you simply change your mind or decision about your purchase, we do require that you cover shipping costs for returning it back to us. Once returned we will refund in full the purchase price of the goods.
