How do I install my board?
We recommend wall hanging velcro strips to hang your Chart acrylic board. They are simple to use and can be removed easily without damaging your wall surface.
What can I use to write on my board?
You can use standard whiteboard pens, but we recommend using liquid chalk markers, as they have an opaque finish that is clearer to read. We recommend Uniball chalk pens.
How do I clean my board?
Liquid chalk markers or whiteboard markers wipe off cleanly from your Chart Board every time. Either use paper towel or a soft cloth.
How much does it cost to have the board/s delivered?
We offer free global shipping on all Chart Board orders and a small flat fee for any orders under $50.00 which is applied automatically at checkout. We ship globally from a printing depot nearest you. All prices should be displayed in the appropriate currency of the country you are in.
How much does it cost to customise a board?
Our customisation service is offered free of charge. The price of a customised Board will match the price of all our standard sizes. We can also arrange for discounted pricing for bulk orders. See more information here on customising your own noticeboard.
Can I order a board in a different colour or design?
Yes. If you have a unique space, decor or purpose that requires a product outside of our current range please contact us and we can discuss options. See more information here on customising your own noticeboard.
Can I colour-match my board with my actual room colour?
We can work with you to customise and match your board colours with your decor. Just let us know the CMYK colour values and we can mock up a design to show you. See all the colours we use here.
How long will it take for my board to be delivered?
All our Chart boards are made to order - we always endeavour to send our products to you as soon as we possibly can. We ship globally from our nearest printing depot. Please allow up to a maximum of 15 working days for your board to arrive.
How do I enter a discount or fundraising code?
If you have been given a discount code then proceed through checkout in the usual way. After entering your billing information you will be prompted to enter your discount code. This is also where you enter any promotional or fundraising code if appropriate.
